Environment

The property is located in a village about 25km south of Fontainebleau. The village has a primary school and a local shop.

Designation of the property

It is an old grain mill whose origins date back to 1791. It is bordered by the reach which border the property(canal brought water to the wheel - disappeared- of the mill) and crossed by the Lunain. An old stone bridge provides access to the park over the natural river.

The 2 exposed stone buildings are connected creating an entrance giving access to an interior courtyard housing the old bakery, a bread oven and a building of around 120 m2 whose structural work has been redone.

On the courtyard side, a barn of around 100m2 on the ground and a workshop of 40m2 complete the set.

The park includes on the left bank a basin fed by a water intake on the reach and on the right bank a swimming pool, 2 meadows and a wooded area.

The House

The ground floor consists of a workshop housing the technical room, a large kitchen of approximately 35m2 with fireplace a small living room with fireplace, main entrance, toilet, 1 bedroom with bathroom and shower room / WC, an entrance main, a cellar, a laundry, a laundry room, a large living room with fireplace. Outside a terrace is accessible by the living room and the linen room.
